Item during the amounted time. I love my purchase and how it fit.
For a sizing reference
My bra size is 36F But they didn't have that size in plus size
So I ordered a 38DD fit equivalently
And I ordered a size 0x in the bottom and my waist measurement is 37in and my hip measurement is 47 in, if that helps anyone
This is the worst online shopping site. My package is lost and it seems to be a constant issue with them. They will not refund me. They also fail to tell the consumer that it will take nearly 4 weeks for them to even attempt to justify the wrong. They make claims that you will get your item by a certain time and then there is no repercussions for their failures. You are out your money, but they have your money and the product. Order from Amazon or go to a brick and mortar store.

Mainly I love the site... I just wish my size wasn't out of stock so much.
Customer service merry-go-round to correct YOUR error, has turned me off purchasing from you in the future. Btw, problem never corrected.
(1) You cannot substitute an out of stock item with what YOU think I will want.
(2) Don't give reward points if you don't intend to provide the same customer service as paying customers--which I am.
(3) Shipping without an invoice and return options is not acceptable.
(4) Your merchandise is not so special you can treat your customers like dirt.
The outfits are cute, lingerie is meant for either really skinny women with small breasts or large women with big breasts. I'm a slim in the waist but thick in the breast and hip girl. So none of the lingerie fits. It's all too big around my ribs so my breasts won't stay in the cups. I love the bra and panty sets and that you can buy them together without having to search for matching sets. The material is cheaper than what I'm used to wearing but they are cute.
The Adore Me app is great! They offer a variety of bras, panties, lingerie, sleepers, and also swim wear in the most beautiful colors all at a reasonable price. I definitely recommend this app for all your intimates.
I followed the guidelines for a bra measurement, however, it did not fit. Since the bra was padded I had "side-spillage". I think consideration for padded bras should be made in the measurement guideline. Also, I thought there was no deadline for using your store credit, it seems there is - 1 year. I lost 1 store credit!!
Great quality products the descriptions are spot on and make it fun for me to purchase items for my wife!
Total scam! Save yourself the money - if it doesn’t fit the first time, they hit you with fees on every turn, and their “customer service” is a bunch of automated responses. There are so many companies out there doing lingerie - this isn’t the one.
I ordered a VIP box to try on at home, valued at about 115$ usd. After never recieving the box, i checked and it said that the box had been returned to them. I read on their website that that it would take a few weeks to see a refund in my account, after waiting for a few weeks and never seeing that refund, I finally got ahold of customer service and they said that I would see my refund within seven days. That was months ago, and I've never heard back or seen the money in my account. If you don't want to be scammed, don't buy from this company.
It's a scam. I ordered 2 times and nothing ever arrived. When I complained they blamed USPS and asked for me to call them and open an investigation. This never happened to me before. DO NOT BUY!
Shipping takes longer than most instances but products are amazing and prices are reasonable.
